Led by an amazing group of people at IDEO, the goal of this event was to empower and lift up Black femme visibility in the creative industry. For this visual identity, the group wanted it to feel exciting, creative, and empowering, hoping that those who identify as Black femme would feel welcome and empowered to join this event. The collage of faces hopes to capture all the different beautiful Black femme people one might see out in the world, there is not just one type of Black femme in the creative industry. Bold, bright color is used in this brand to bring excitement and energy to the event. Highlighting different aspects of Black femme beauty as well as amplifying certain aspects of each photo (jewelry, hair, smile, eyes, etc.).
